Hi, I am a newbie! I am trying to lower my Carbs Cals and fat! I have been using Slimfast Low Carb shakes for 2 meals and eatting fruit, veggies or other low carb snack bars as snacks and eatting a microwave meal for dinner! Will this way of eatting help me lose weight? Or is it all low cal or all low carb? Thanks

Hi Tama, I'm new here also, been low-carbing for about 3weeks now! I absolutely love it. I would highly recommend getting a low-carb cookbook. I did the microwave dinner thing for a while and it got pretty old for me. I actually save more money preparing my own food than buying the dinners and shakes that I used to buy. Don't get me wrong, they're great to have when you just don't have the time or desire to cook though!

HI, THANKS FOR THE TIPS! I AM LOOKING FOR A SLIGHTLY LOW CARB PLAN, BUT REALLY BALANCE. AN EXAMPLE OF TODAYS EATTING IS: ~SLIMFAST LOW CARB SHAKE ~BANANA ~MICROWAVE MEAL ~SLIMFAST LOW CARB SHAKE ~ICE CREAM POP LOW CAL!
