Hi my name is kelly and I just starting this low carb way of life. I didnt buy any books just did some research online so I'm kinda wingin it...lol
I still eat bread but its wheat bread and only 9 grams per slice...is this ok? I lost 5 pounds the first week but I haven't lost any since and was also wondering is this normal? At the present i weigh 135 but want to get into the 120's. I have tried everything from excercise to weight watchers to counting claories to starving myself which i dont recommend...lol Low carb has been the only thing that has worked so far. I did all the rest for 2 years and only lost 2-3 pounds in that much time but I did tone up a bunch.
My breakfast is usually eggs or low carb cereal (Special K)...lunch is a sandwich on wheat bread of eggs or cheeseor lunchmeat or spam...dinner is meat and veggies. i drink water and diet coke and i snack on fruit and pork rinds...does this sound ok? Any help will be appreciated...
