Hi, all,

With my wife, Loretta, I have been on low carb for over 10 years, since long before it became the latest thing...

We've helped each other along the way, and I'm living proof that low carb works if you make it a lifestyle.

We've been all over the 'net looking for good sites, and even started one ourselves. This is one of the best we've seen. You'll search far and wide to find one this comprehensive that's a free site.
