Hi everyone!!.. I'm on my 4th day of induction.. I'm following the Atkins diet.. And know I am in need to support and guidance. I initially started posting on the message board on the MSN site.. I was just getting used to it.. *laugh* I haven't noticed anyone in the Chat rooms.. It would be nice to have a conversation with some of you who have been around this Low Carbing Block!!.. Hiya Everyone. Well i have finished my first week of induction and am moving along nicely. I weigh in tomorrow but i have promised myself i wont be chained to the scale this time. Im 5'9 currently 233lbs my first goal is 199 and then ill work from there. I started posting on MSN but followed everone over here. I think all of you are so wonderful and im looking forward to being in your group of LOSERS!!! Thanks in advance for all your encouragement and support.

Hi everyone. I started my LC food program ( I will never say diet again) at 244lbs and I am down to 191 this pass Monday. I have a long way to go yet to get to 135 but I am really happy to be going down the road now cause for a long time I kept going up the road!!! I have decided that I can use & give encourgement getting involved in something like this so here I am!!
