Well, I'm new here and wanted to say hello. I've been Atkins=ing it for about 6 mos now and have shed about 25# so far but have about 15 to go. Seems like I've been stuck in the same 5# range now for the last month - no matter what I try to do. I've tried to tell myself that I'm in this for the long haul and as time goes by the rest will work off.
IS this the proper attitude? Anyone else running into walls?? I'm exercising 5x a week - about 30-45 mins at a time. I shun all sugar, flour etc etc. And I'm taking my supplements. Thanks for letting me vent
