hi everyone.i'm new to this site and dieting.i'm about 224lbs,at 5'3" and i'm only 18 (can you imagine?)..... honestly,i don't where to start.i need to lose at least 90 lbs.,which sounds impossible unless i get some kind of surgery(and i don't have the money for that).so i was looking up weight loss programs/dieting and came across your site.i know one the keys to loosing weight is to curb or cut out the carbs including sweets. can some give me some recipies and maybe even a list or two of foods i can eat with little carbs and a list of foods high in carbs so that i can achieve my goal? thanks!
