Hello everyone,
I'm from MI and just found this forum this am. It looks like the place for me alright, been low carbin it since Feb. and have lost 30lbs. so far, I also go to cuves as often as I can, hav'nt been much lately though. [Roll Eyes] but will be more often in winter as work slows down. Glad to be here with my own breed. [Big Grin]
