Hi! I am again trying low carb. Its the Careful Carb Diet. I am such a carb junkie. I tell myself I can control my eating but I can't. Iv'e tried low carb before and just couldn't stick to it. I would eat all day and I wouldn't lose the weight. It's like I overeat on any plan. So I'm praying I can do it this time.

Hey, I'm with you there, I have low carb before.
I'm also exercising and can tell its helps alot.

Glad to hear a sister in the Lord that knows that she can do anything through the strength of the Lord. There is no god like JEHOVAH!
