My husband and I are both planning to start this diet. I will have a few questions. We live in Louisiana with our 6 kids. My husband is about 100 lbs overweight. I need to lose 50.

Hi I'm new too! It's great to find so much info. on this diet! I can't find somthing I posted about maltitol,Can any one tell me how to find the note I posted or to see if anyones written me. I'm really new to this computer stuff. thanks, lena
