HI
MY name is sandi and I live in NY
with my 3 boys (9,12,21)
I have been widowed for 9 years which i gained alot of weight due to stress eating after he died.
But I have been on Atkins sense the end of march and I am down 22 pounds and made my first goal of being under 300 lbs. Slowly but surely!!
Looking forward to meeting you all

Hi ...I am not sure if I am doing this right. I am new to this site and have been following a low carb lifestyle for 6 weeks now. I feel soooo good.
