Hey Folks

Just wanted to say hi. I signed up for this forum today. I started Atkins on 9/9/02. I was 230 lbs. I set my goal at 180. It has gone very well for me. Although i have slowed up alittle, I am only 4 pounds from goal. I hope to post quite often to share LC stuff with everyone.

Congrats, Mike. I just signed up today. I have lost 28 lbs since 2/1/03. I am very pleased with this wol. Close to goal...that is great. I have a long road ahead, but I am enjoying the journey, nevertheless.
