Hi, I'm Angel and I'm new to this forum and I'm gonna help and motivation as I'n trying to lose about 23 pounds. I have a book by Rose Elliot (The Vegetarian Low-Carb Diet), which I'm trying to follow, but I'm afraid I have problems with some of her recipes as I'm allergic to a few ingredients - asparagus, avocado, spinach and mushroom. I hope to find inspiration here to follow through with my vegetarian low-carb diet. Are there any menus here for the first phase of this diet?
