My appetite has always been my worst enemy. I noticed that if I skipped BF completely, I wouldn't be hungry all afternoon, but if I had a bowl of cereal, I'd be hungry all day which is what prompted me to try lo carb/hi fiber. It's been a week now, and I feel great, and my blood sugars which I test at least 4x/day have been fairly stable.
