Hi I am Delia from Australia.
I had been low carbing for 20 months and then went off the rails for about 15 months put on 10k and now back on track the last two weeks and taken of 3.6k in that time.
I have about 30k (72lb)to lose and hope to get down this time to my goal weight.
I look forward to the friendship of this board.
