hi every one,
i just joined,i want to know if any one is using vco and how do you get around the taste.
i dont cook with it yet but i want to try and incorporate it more in my diet.
i have it in my coffee, but apart from that i dont
know how else i can take it
and also is there any difference between vco and just coconut oil.
the vco that i have is very strong and the plain coconut oil that i also have has no smell or taste.
which is better for me. sorry for all the questions but i need to make sure that im using the right coconut oil.
thanks all

What is vco? That's a new one for me. I've never heard of it.
