What a terrific place to find--a forum of friendly people where we can talk about "fat stuff" and get help. Thank you so much! Because I'm not sure if the "regulars" visit here, I have posted a separate message on the Atkins forum ("Stalled Again") with a little more of my history and a plea for some advice.
Is there a place where I can find complete instructions on how to use this web site? I don't like to just stumble around, push buttons, and hope they'll work.
Am looking forward to chatting with (and learning from) all of you!

I haven't put together a tour or site map. I guess perhaps I should!

Unfortunately, for now you'll have to just look around. I apologize that I don't have a "guide to the site" put together yet.
