I also suffered from these severe headaches and then I went to my doctor who put me on dibenzyline drug..This gradually reduced my headaches and my high blood pressure came down. It did take a while though.

low calorie diet is not only enough for controling high blood pressure. You should have low salt intake, half hr walk atleast, stop smoking, lower your cholestrol. Even then if your BP is on higher side, better to consult your doctor for prescribing you antihypertensive drugs. Remember you can decrease your BP alot by just adopting above natural methods. Good Luck. Dr,Armughan
Could you please specify if you are truly a doctor, and in what field? Your username could be misleading and I don't want anyone on the board to take your posts as "medical advice."
Thank you.

Hello Tiffany, Well,I am a cardiologist working at Sialkot Medical Complex,Pakistan. I havent given any such advice that you are considering me as non medical person. If you have any question conserning Blood pressure or heart disease, i will try my level best to advice you accordingly.I am also running online forum on my website, I dont think so that a layman can run and answer such medical termonology. Hope this will help. Thanks

Hello people read this blog if you are interested, http://treat-high-bp-naturally.blogspot.com/ it says about the naural ways to evolve out of the BP problems. Initially I did not believe this method, but later the same thing was illustrated on television and now I am beginning to feel more interested to know about this in details.
