I'm new to low carb eating and was wondering if anyone can help me. I am extremely fatigued (body not brain) and was also wondering what I could eat besides meat and eggs (esp breakfast). Surely too much protein can't be a good thing ???. Need some creative ideas on eating veggies etc. Also, what kind of supplements must a person take when following Atkins?
Thanks a lot and keep well

A creative use for zucchini is to use a julienne peeler to peel it into pasta-like hairs. I fry it up with a drop of olive oil and some parmesan cheese to make mock pasta.
You should certainly take supplements - but which one is right for you? That's not something we can recommend. Everyone needs different nutrients for their particular health issues. I would check with your doctor to see if you are deficient in anything first. Low-carbers frequently complain of leg cram,ps and black spots on the shins... usually caused by potassium deficiency.
