hi I am new here is there any fibromyalgias sufferers here.
I need to know about alternatives to wheat gluten ,I have been told to keep off these .
I have been surfing the web and have found an article about buckwheat ,and all the good things it can do for your body. Thing is does anyone know how many carbs it is ,the article says that it is a low glycemic. Also I need to know ,if it will stop this constipation .
I have been doing the atkins for 5 days the first day i lost 4lbs . But the second i had gained day 5 and i am what i started at.
Then I found out i had done induction wrong,a friend who is sucessful at this said i could have as much veg as i wanted but not carrotts and not potatoes. also couldnt stomach full cream even watered down in tea so been using whole milk. i have cut out caffeine, Doc told me no chocolate ,but would like to know the homebaked recipes online for atkins using coco powder and splenda is it caffeine free
I have always been a carb freek, [Eek!] oh well would be grateful of advice also I cant exercise as i used to as the fm tires me out. and i hurt all over,have had to give my job up ,but i have heard reports that atkins may be my answer.thanks for listening byeeee [Wink] PS Doc says I need to looseweight ,I am small with small frame ,need to loose 20lbs
