I have learned, for me, that when I feel the pain and symptoms coming on, it helps to keep on with my walking every day and going to bed at a regular and reasonable hour each night. When I don't exercise, don't watch my diet, get stressed, don't get enough rest....I'm just asking for it during those times. With the walking, I push forward but have learned how to not overdue it and where the line is...you know, the one that I don't cross...
